Meet the Founder

Jessica Schneibolk

Hello, I’m Jessica Schneibolk — a finance leader with more than 20 years of hands‑on accounting experience and a career built from the ground up. Because I started in entry‑level roles and worked my way through every stage of the accounting function, I bring a true full‑cycle perspective to the organizations I support. I understand how the details connect to the bigger picture, and I help clients build financial operations that are accurate, efficient, and ready for growth.

More About Me

Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with a wide variety of clients, including nonprofit organizations, government contractors, professional service firms, retail businesses, healthcare practices, real estate companies, and fast‑growing small businesses. This breadth of experience gives me a strong understanding of how different industries operate — and what each one needs to stay financially healthy.

My work spans monthly and annual financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audit preparation, payroll administration, tax support, and presenting financial information to executives, boards, and key stakeholders. I also provide full‑cycle accounting, bringing end‑to‑end oversight and hands‑on experience across every stage of the accounting process. I’m known for my thoughtful, practical approach and my ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that help leaders make confident decisions.

I also support organizations through system implementations, process improvements, and workflow redesigns that strengthen internal controls and streamline day‑to‑day operations. From accounts payable and receivable to payroll, reconciliations, and compliance filings, I’ve managed every part of the accounting cycle and understand how to build processes that work.

With deep experience across a wide range of platforms — including accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, PROCAS, Deltek CostPoint, Microsoft Dynamics, and E‑Automate; expense management tools like BILL, Ramp, and Concur; and payroll systems including iSolved, ADP, Gusto, and Rippling — I bring both technical capability and strategic insight to every engagement. My clients rely on me for clarity, structure, and steady leadership, and I take pride in being a trusted partner who helps organizations move forward with confidence.
